Now, thousands of miles away from their ancestral homes, Barney was able to embrace his wintry roots as the first snowfall transformed his surroundings.
In a video shared on October 5th, 2025, Sydney captured Barney's delighted reaction to the snow. The puppy first looked confused, staring at the white flecks falling from the sky, but then dove headfirst into the blanket of white, pushing it around with his snout and wagging his tail heartily.
