Oregon Ignites Pride: June Celebrations Statewide

Oregon is embracing June with a statewide celebration of Pride Month, offering a diverse lineup of events across the state to honor the LGBTQIA+ community. Communities from the coast to Central Oregon are hosting vibrant festivals, lively parades, and engaging performances, with activities designed to welcome all ages.

Coastal towns like Astoria and Seaside are featuring unique events such as drag shows and community walks. In the Portland area, cities including Hood River, Lake Oswego, and Beaverton are organizing weekend-long festivities, drag brunches, and parades. The Mid-Willamette Valley, from Monmouth to Albany, will see numerous Pride celebrations, including street fairs, roller skating events, and large festivals.

Further inland, Eugene and Springfield are hosting one of Oregon's largest Pride festivals, while Central Oregon communities like Bend and Prineville offer relaxed, community-centered gatherings. Southern Oregon will also join in with events in Grants Pass and Medford, rounding out a comprehensive month of recognition and celebration.
