Culpo's C-Section Woes: Balancing Baby and Football

Olivia Culpo, wife of NFL player Christian McCaffrey, is preparing for the birth of their second child. The couple plans for a C-section, a choice necessitated by Culpo having undergone a previous C-section in July 2026, making a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) not an option.

Culpo shared her concerns about recovering from the C-section while managing her 14-month-old daughter, Colette, who was also born via C-section. She is worried about the physical limitations, such as bending and heavy lifting, and how they will impact her ability to care for her toddler.

The birth is scheduled during an off-day for McCaffrey, allowing him to be present for the delivery.
