This sentiment is up three percentage points from the previous year and notably higher than national and large community averages. Overall satisfaction with Oklahoma City as a place to live remains high at 80%, with services rated well above national benchmarks.

While general satisfaction is up, specific areas saw declines. City code enforcement, wastewater services, and street conditions were noted as areas needing improvement. Despite ongoing challenges with street maintenance, resident perception of the city's leadership and direction remains largely unaffected, likely due to strong customer service.

Furthermore, interactions with the police department received positive feedback, with 87% reporting fair treatment. Feelings of safety have improved but remain below the national average. Areas identified for potential enhancement include public transit, traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and the city's response to homelessness.
