Influencer Nara Smith recently clarified her stance on the 'tradwife' movement, expressing surprise at being labeled as its poster child. During an appearance on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast, Smith explained that she does not identify with the tradwife label.

Smith asserted that her lifestyle as a working mother in Los Angeles, which involves frequent travel, contradicts the core tenets of the tradwife identity. She mentioned that her husband, Lucky Blue Smith, shares household duties such as washing dishes. Furthermore, Smith revealed that she receives significant support in raising her children from her husband, her mother, and hired assistance.

Adding to her argument, Smith pointed to her fashion choices as evidence against the tradwife comparison. She stated that wearing designer outfits from brands like Schiaparelli or Moschino is inconsistent with the historical image of a tradwife. Smith questioned why women cannot embrace multiple roles, such as being a working mother who also enjoys cooking and domestic life while pursuing business opportunities.
