Maya Jama and her footballer boyfriend, Ruben Dias, have opted for enhanced security measures following a devastating burglary at their £4 million Cheshire residence.
The couple experienced a break-in while Dias was playing away and Jama was filming Love Island: All Stars. Thieves ransacked their home, stealing thousands of pounds worth of designer clothing, jewelry, and electronics.
In response, Jama and Dias have hired a 24-hour security team to reside on their property, despite existing advanced security systems. This decision aims to deter future incidents.
The couple had recently moved into the Omaze prize-draw mansion, a luxurious 6,300 sq ft home, which they reportedly rent for approximately £20,000 a month.
Cheshire Police are continuing their investigation into the January 28th incident and are appealing for information from the public. The mansion itself, located in Alderley Edge, is owned by Emily Ward, who won it through an Omaze prize draw.
