Stuart Scott, an NHS administrator from Hornchurch, Essex, has undergone a significant transformation, shedding nearly five stone with the help of his dog, Poppy. This journey began in September 2025 after holiday photos from August 2025 provided a stark wake-up call about his health.
Previously weighing 18st 3lbs and struggling with a 42-inch waistline, Stuart's diet consisted of large meals and approximately 10 energy drinks weekly. After seeing holiday pictures, he committed to change.
Stuart's chug, Poppy, became his main motivation. Daily walks of at least 40 minutes became a routine, helping Stuart shed weight and reach 13 stone 11lbs. Poppy also benefited, losing 1kg and now weighing a healthy 2kg.
His diet has been completely revolutionized. Gone are the days of family-sized pies and multiple burgers; he now enjoys Weetabix, tuna sandwiches, and lean protein with vegetables. This lifestyle change has boosted his confidence and energy levels.
