King Charles & Queen Camilla Charm at Royal Flower Show

King Charles and Queen Camilla recently graced the Sandringham Flower Show with their presence, continuing a long-standing royal tradition. The couple arrived via a horse-drawn carriage, receiving a warm welcome from the assembled crowds. Their Majesties' visit included viewing a new 'RHS Legacy Garden,' a project reflecting the King's deep-seated interest in horticulture and biodiversity.

During the event, the King presented several awards, including a new 'The Kings Biodiversity Award.' Queen Camilla also distributed royal accolades, with one notable presentation recognizing a primary school's 'The Queen Bee' design. Her Majesty also shared a lighthearted moment upon receiving a large knitted radish.

This annual pilgrimage to the Sandringham estate in Norfolk is a significant engagement, especially as it's the first time the show is being run by the Royal Horticultural Society, of which the King is patron. The couple's attendance at the show precedes their departure for Scotland for the summer holidays.
