Fitness mogul Kayla Itsines has purchased a spectacular $13 million waterfront mansion located in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast. This luxurious property was acquired after an extensive search within the region's prestige property market by Itsines and her husband, Jae Woodroffe.
The impressive estate sits on a 2280sqm triple block, featuring an extraordinary 81.5 meters of water frontage. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence is equipped with high-end amenities such as a tennis court, infinity pool, cocktail bar, and a marble entertaining terrace.
This acquisition expands Itsines' property empire, following her sale of a Malvern, South Australia home for $7.375 million in March 2024. She relocated to Queensland that same year. The newly acquired mansion, built in 2023, was recognized with a President's Award at the 2024 Gold Coast Housing and Construction Awards.
Itsines, co-founder of the Sweat app, has an estimated net worth of $176 million as of November. Her wealth stems from the success of her fitness ventures, including the sale and subsequent repurchase of the Sweat platform.
