This convergence of dates fulfilled a wish of Swami Anandanand Maharaj, as noted by Yogini Dr Pushpalata Garg, president of the ashram.
The annual program commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting by chief guests Dr Harish Chandra and Ramjas Ji from Chinmaya Mission. Under the tutelage of Yoga trainer Bhup Singh, students showcased a grand display of group yoga, including advanced postures that drew applause.
Dr Shiv Kumar Sharma, the ashram manager, emphasized the dedication of saints to societal welfare. The event's success was significantly attributed to the efforts of Dr Gaurav Gupta. The seminar culminated in the distribution of certificates to students and concluded with Hari Sankirtan and Shanti Path, with Dr Pushpalata Garg thanking all contributors.
