Rich Kid's Charity Shop Shift: Community Service For Drink Drive
7 Feb
Summary
- Influencer Gabriella Bardsley performs community service at a charity shop.
- She was sentenced for drink-driving after being caught nearly three and a half times over the limit.
- Magistrates considered jail but opted for a community order with unpaid work.

Gabriella Bardsley, daughter of 'The Real Housewives of Cheshire' star Tanya Bardsley, was observed using her phone while undertaking community service. The 23-year-old influencer is fulfilling a 12-month community order, which includes 200 hours of unpaid work, following a drink-driving conviction.
Last year, Bardsley was apprehended in Wilmslow, Cheshire, driving her Audi A3. She was found to have 122 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath, significantly exceeding the 35 microgram legal limit. The court heard she attempted to drive through a police blockade at a collision scene.
At her sentencing in July, magistrates acknowledged the possibility of a custodial sentence but took her prior good character into account. Consequently, they imposed the community order. Bardsley, who has appeared in the family's reality series 'The Bardsley Bunch', was seen folding clothes and attending the till during her shift at The Salvation Army.
