Australian influencer Kim Hartnett has detailed her challenging three-year journey with multiple nose surgeries, urging followers to consider the serious risks of elective procedures. She revealed on Instagram that her initial surgery resulted in a lopsided nose and breathing difficulties. Following a second, unexpected revision surgery, she contracted a severe infection that caused her nasal columella to become red and swollen, ultimately undoing the reconstructive work and leading to the collapse of her nose.

After a nine-month treatment period to stabilize her condition, Hartnett traveled to Turkey for her third and final surgery with specialist Dr. Abdülkadir Göksel. Dr. Göksel successfully rebuilt her nose using rib and lip tissue. While the first surgeon offered a partial refund with an NDA, the second surgeon, after the infection, issued a full refund and referred her to a specialist. Hartnett expressed gratitude for the final successful outcome, stating she achieved a stable, functional, and natural result after years of struggle.
