Xbox enthusiasts can now infuse their living spaces with iconic gaming design thanks to a new collaboration with IKEA. The Yxstaby collection comprises nine distinct items crafted for gamers.
Standout pieces feature nods to classic Xbox controllers. These include a unique stool designed to resemble the original Xbox controller's thumbstick and an elegant metal platter inspired by the D-pad, which is also offered as a pillow. Other items incorporate more subtle Xbox design cues.
The collection, available from October 1, includes a laptop stand/toolbox hybrid for accessory storage and a gaming chair with integrated under-seat storage. Additionally, a rounded mobile side table and a circular mobile stand provide convenient spaces for controllers and equipment.
While pricing and market availability are yet to be fully detailed, this IKEA and Xbox partnership offers fans a novel way to integrate their gaming passion into their homes. This follows Microsoft's recent release of a limited edition translucent green Xbox Series X.
