Hoda Kotb Embraces Slow-Motion Life with Daughters

Hoda Kotb recently shared photos of an early Fourth of July celebration, enjoying a cookout with family and friends, including Dylan Dreyer and her children. The festive gathering included patriotic decorations and a fireworks show, marking a joyful start to summer.

Kotb, who departed the Today show as co-anchor in September 2024 to prioritize her daughters, Hayley and Hope, has found a new rhythm in life. She remains with the network in a reduced capacity.

Speaking about her transition in November 2025, Kotb described her new schedule as "super fun" and "weirdly" freeing. She noted a significant shift, with life now feeling like it's in "slow-motion."

She elaborated that previously, her interactions with her children were rushed, often focused on time constraints. Now, she cherishes quiet moments, breathing and being present with her daughters, which she deeply enjoys.
