Helen Flanagan's marital home in rural Belmont, near Bolton, has officially been sold after a significant price reduction. The six-bedroom property, initially listed for £1.5 million in May of last year, was eventually sold for £500,000 under the asking price. The house was originally purchased by Helen's ex-partner, footballer Scott Sinclair, for £840,000 in 2021 when they were still a couple.
Following their split in 2022 after 13 years together, the property's sale became a point of contention. Helen had reportedly wished to remain in the spacious home with their three children, Matilda, Delilah, and Charlie, due to the children's schooling and proximity to her parents. However, Scott Sinclair, the sole owner on land registry documents, determined the six-bedroom house was too large for Helen alone.
The luxurious residence, spanning over 5,000 sq. ft., features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large kitchen diner, multiple reception rooms, and six bathrooms. Despite Helen previously expressing financial struggles and pleading not to be banned from driving in early 2025, the property's sale is now finalized. Scott Sinclair is expected to profit from the sale, while Helen and the children prepare to move.
