Summary
- Dreyer and Fichera originally listed NYC apartment for $2.49M in 2024
- Apartment now listed for $1.99M, marking a $500K loss for the exes
- Spacious unit features luxury amenities like pool, gym, and roof deck

According to recent reports, former couple Dreyer and Fichera have been forced to significantly reduce the price of their New York City apartment following their separation. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, which the pair purchased in 2016 for $2.35 million, was originally listed for sale in November 2024 at $2.49 million.
However, in the months since, the exes have slashed the asking price by $500,000, with the apartment now on the market for $1.99 million. This marks a substantial loss for Dreyer, 44, and Fichera, 38, who share three young sons together.
Despite the reduced price, the spacious condo still boasts an impressive array of features, including floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning views of Battery Park, and a chef's kitchen. The building itself also offers a wealth of luxury amenities, such as a 24-hour doorman, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and landscaped roof deck.
Dreyer and Fichera, who met and fell in love while working together in Boston in the early 2000s, announced their split via Instagram in July of this year. In their post, the former couple expressed their intention to continue co-parenting their children with "nothing but love and respect for one another."
