1 Jun
Summary
- Joe Brown won England's Strongest Man title for the first time.
- He did not win any single event but placed top three in all.
- Brown and his partner aim for European titles in October.

Joe Brown of Stoke-on-Trent has earned the title of England's Strongest Man, a victory he calls "amazing." Competing in Doncaster last month, Brown surpassed 15 other strongmen to claim the championship for the first time. His performance was characterized by remarkable consistency, achieving top-three placements in every event without winning a single one.
Brown, who jointly runs a gym with his partner Rosie Abercrombie, shared that his training regimen includes roughly two hours, four times a week, with longer sessions on Saturdays. Abercrombie, a previous England's Strongest Woman titleholder, emphasized the dedication required, stating that strongman competition is "our entire life really to some extent." The couple, who also manage family time with their daughter, are now setting their sights on European titles in Harrogate this October.
