Last week, the renowned fashion house Elie Saab made a significant debut in India by launching two branded residential projects simultaneously in Delhi NCR. This marks a rare global first for the Maison and highlights India's growing appeal for international luxury living.
The unveiling events in Noida and Gurugram were attended by prominent designers, tastemakers, and global media. Pankaj Bansal, Founder of Smartworld Developers, and Aishwarya Bansal, Co-founder of Smartworld Developers, spearheaded the collaboration, aiming to translate Elie Saab's couture precision into architectural design.
The first project, Smartworld Residences by Elie Saab in Noida, will feature approximately 650 residences with an investment of Rs. 1,500 crore. The second, developed with M3M India along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, will offer 300 ultra-premium homes, backed by an estimated investment of Rs. 2,000 crore. Foundation work for both developments is set to commence imminently.
