Television personality Dylan Dreyer has bravely shared the deeply personal story of a miscarriage she experienced in secret while on a vacation with friends. During the trip, Dreyer concealed her pregnancy and the subsequent physical agony of the loss, causing her to cry in pain in her hotel room. This event occurred before she welcomed her second and third children.

Dreyer also disclosed her struggles with secondary infertility following the birth of her first son, Cal, in 2016. She expressed fear of judgment due to already having a child.
