Summary
- Brazilian influencer received a park warning for her outfit.
- Disney's dress code prohibits clothing showing excessive skin.
- Another guest was reportedly dress-coded for gym attire.

A Brazilian influencer, Marina Smith, 27, claims she was approached by Walt Disney World staff on March 16 after other visitors complained about her outfit. Smith, who has over 9,000 Instagram followers, stated she was wearing a white tie-front short and blue denim jeans, which she considered normal attire. She received a warning that her clothing could be viewed as inappropriate for the family environment, as per Disney's dress code policy, which prohibits attire that "exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment."
Despite the warning, Smith was able to continue her visit without further incident. She later posted about the experience on Instagram. This event mirrors a separate incident from June, where another guest, Nicole Arena, a personal trainer from the U.S., alleged she was dress-coded for wearing a sports bra and leggings at Epcot. Arena stated she was forced to buy a t-shirt to access a ride after her gym attire was deemed improper.
