Topping the list at number 1 is Pilic Topkapi, a classic Turkish chicken dish featuring boneless chicken pieces like thighs, stuffed with a savory rice pilaf. This is followed by Rfissa from Morocco, a traditional dish of stewed chicken, onions, and lentils served over shredded bread or pastry, and Korean fried chicken in the third spot.
Notably, Butter Chicken from India has been ranked 5th on the prestigious list. This dish is prepared with a combination of roasted chicken, an array of spices, and a rich gravy made with cream, tomatoes, and butter. Butter Chicken is best enjoyed with naan bread and garnished with additional butter, coriander, or green chilies.
