Busy Mom's Shocking Reveal: Pregnant for Months Without Knowing

On November 12, 2025, Jennifer Spearman, a 32-year-old Michigan mom, was in for a double surprise. First, she realized she was pregnant again, and then she discovered she was already 20 weeks along during her ultrasound.

Rewind a few months, and Spearman had been experiencing unexplained headaches, cravings, and insomnia. "It felt like my body was speaking in half-sentences for months," she told Newsweek.
