The ordinary roads were transformed into a palette of colors, drawing people from all walks of life to explore the engaging stalls and activities.
Prathima's intricate rangoli designs and Ovya Art Academy's splashes of creativity set the tone, inviting passersby to tap into their inner artist. Several stalls brought science to life with interactive exhibits, sparking curiosity in both young and old. The Recycle Angadi, promoted by the MITU Foundation, educated the crowd on sustainability, showcasing innovative ways to repurpose everyday items. The eco-friendly seedball-making station was a particular hit, with enthusiastic participants rolling up their sleeves to contribute to a greener planet.
Amidst the lively atmosphere, the rhythmic beats of Zumba by Swingers Dance Inc. and soulful tunes from the World Music Conservatory added to the festive ambiance. Children led the charge, their infectious energy motivating the eager participants. The retro photo booth, a nostalgic nod to the past, captured moments of joy, while the Chamundi Scout Group challenged minds with their Jota Joti puzzle stall. The Indian Red Cross Society also provided invaluable CPR training, empowering citizens with life-saving skills.
The highlight of the event was the Reclaim Constitution quiz, which engaged both teenagers and adults, fostering a deeper understanding of India's foundational principles. The exhibitors provided spot ink-printed copies of the preamble, further enhancing the educational experience. As the day drew to a close, the DJ party led by DJ Youngskull, featuring music from across languages, brought the event to a lively conclusion, leaving behind memories of a morning well spent in the heart of the community.
