As of November 15, 2025, an Australian traveler named Duncan McNaught has been captivated by the stunning landscapes of India during his current travels. In a video he posted last month, Duncan stood on the balcony of his room, framed by towering snow-capped peaks, and expressed his awe at the country's natural beauty.
Recalling the warnings he had received before coming to India, Duncan jokingly asked, "Why wouldn't you go to India?" He then went on to explain that he has already spent a month in the mountains and has been blown away by the beauty and calm. Excited about the rest of his journey, Duncan laid out an ambitious 5-month plan to explore various regions of India.
Over the next few months, Duncan plans to visit Rajasthan, where he will be in Jaipur for the Diwali festival. He then intends to travel across the desert state for a month before heading to the Northeast, specifically Meghalaya and Nagaland, for another month. Finally, he hopes to make his way down south to Kerala and Goa.
But Duncan's grand plan doesn't stop there. He has even set his sights on a Bollywood dream, expressing his desire to land a role in a film in Mumbai. Calling it his "crazy plan for India," Duncan says he has already fallen in love with the country, its people, culture, and food, and is eager to immerse himself in the diverse experiences that await him.
