The culinary journey at Amara begins with creative cocktails, including the Honey & Cardamom and the unique Grilled Olive. Appetizers range from a refreshing watermelon starter with feta and mint to a flavorful lamb hummus served with warm, buttered pita.
Entrees are designed for sharing, featuring dishes like a medium-rare wagyu skewer with berbere sauce and a showstopping smoked cauliflower served in a tagine pot. The menu is set to evolve seasonally, with lunch service planned before the end of summer.
Chef Josh Dalton, also known for Veritas and Speck, plans to open another venture, Rosalita's, in January. Amara is currently open Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 5 to 10 p.m.
