As of November 15, 2025, the Mega Millions jackpot has reached an astounding $980 million, making it one of the largest prizes in the game's history. This comes after no one was able to match all six winning numbers in the previous drawing on November 11.

The lucky winner who matches all the numbers on Friday, November 14, will have the option of taking a one-time cash payment of $452.2 million. This year has already seen four Mega Millions winners, with the most recent being a $348 million prize claimed in Virginia on June 27. Prior to that, an Ohio player won $112 million on April 18, and a lucky ticket holder in Illinois took home $344 million on March 25. Earlier in the year, on January 17, another winner in Arizona won $113 million.
