She also achieved full-body press-ups and held planks long enough to participate in conversations. Even after experiencing a serious car accident and a broken hip at 91, Stewart’s determination to regain strength through exercise never wavered.
Now 96, Stewart continues to train twice weekly, incorporating exercises like elevated push-ups, kettlebell squats, and sledge pushes. She emphasizes the importance of staying active to maintain independence and encourages others, regardless of age, to make time for physical activity.
