Brown began his expedition on Tuesday, heading towards Land's End and planning to finish back in Exmouth in August. He is carrying all his gear on his bicycle, a method known as bike-packing, to manage costs and engage with people he meets.
Facing challenging climbs, especially in Devon and Cornwall, Brown has adjusted his daily mileage goals to savor the experience.
