2 Nov
Summary
- Powerball jackpot rises to $400M for Nov. 1 drawing
- No winner from previous Oct. 29 drawing
- Next drawing set for Nov. 3 after 11 PM ET

The Powerball lottery jackpot has reached a staggering $400 million for the drawing on Saturday, Nov. 1, after no one claimed the top prize in the previous drawing on Wednesday, Oct. 29. If a single ticket matches all five numbers plus the Powerball, the winner will have the option to receive a one-time cash payment of $190.7 million before taxes.
The next Powerball drawing is set to take place on Monday, Nov. 3, just after 11 PM ET. Lottery officials have not yet announced any winners from the Nov. 1 drawing, but the full list of winning numbers will be posted once the results are available.
To play the Powerball, players must select five white balls from a pool of 1 to 69, as well as a single red Powerball from 1 to 26. An optional "Power Play" feature can also be added for an extra $1, which can multiply non-jackpot prizes by up to 10 times.
