On the final day of the Wings Over Ganga aerial show in Varanasi, health department personnel successfully delivered medical assistance to 370 visitors. The special medical camps were established along the Ganga ghats and near the main venue, while mobile medical teams actively patrolled crowded zones throughout the three-day event. Chief Medical Officer Dr. N.P. Singh reported that teams treated individuals experiencing symptoms such as headache, fever, body ache, stomach pain, dizziness, vomiting, and dehydration.
Patients received immediate primary examination, treatment, medicines, and medical advice. Those affected by heat, crowding, and prolonged standing were also educated on necessary precautions. The 108 ambulance service remained on alert to manage serious cases, facilitating the transfer of two patients to the Community Health Centre, Chaukaghat, and one to Shri Shiv Prasad Gupta Divisional Hospital. Monitoring of the situation was conducted from the Kashi Command Centre.
