He was left incontinent, unable to care for himself, and his physical health deteriorated so severely that he collapsed and died 18 days later. Tragically, Adrian's case is not an isolated incident. Three months prior, 21-year-old Shannon Lee Jordon also died at the hospital following alleged failures in her care.
Whistleblowers have come forward to allege a "culture of fear" and "conspiracy of silence" at the trust, with senior doctors claiming their complaints have been "ignored or covered up." The trust is facing a litany of allegations, including multiple patient deaths, alleged sexual assaults, and patients being left in isolation for days without monitoring.
