A CT scan on December 25, 2025, indicated an enlarged appendix. Despite initial skepticism from a surgeon about chronic appendicitis, Mosser's condition led to another ER visit on February 23, 2026. This time, a more concerning CT scan prompted immediate surgery.
Following the appendectomy, Mosser's pain vanished, and she was diagnosed with acute appendicitis. She now awaits pathology results to determine if the inflammation was chronic. Mosser expressed deep gratitude to Ella, crediting her message with potentially saving her life and marking a significant recovery.
