Jackson's condition has stabilized and he is now breathing without the assistance of machines. Satita stated that her father is doing much better compared to when he was first admitted to the hospital last week.
Satita shared that Rev. Jackson is speaking on his own and is ready to return home, emphasizing that he "really wants us to continue with the work." The 83-year-old civil rights icon remains under the care of doctors as he manages his progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), a neurological disorder similar to Parkinson's, which he was diagnosed with in April 2025.
