Will Reeve: My Testicular Cancer Is Behind Me

ABC News correspondent Will Reeve, 34, has publicly shared his successful battle with testicular cancer. Diagnosed earlier this year, Reeve revealed on September 29, 2026, that he is now in remission. He underwent extensive treatment including two surgeries and chemotherapy. His diagnosis was embryonal carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of testicular cancer.

Reeve underwent an orchiectomy in May 2026 after noticing a lump. A subsequent surgery in June removed lymph nodes, and chemotherapy followed in July 2026 to prevent recurrence. Despite side effects like ringing ears and night sweats, Reeve continued to work. He aims to destigmatize testicular cancer, stressing that individuals can recover. Reeve is the son of the late Christopher and Dana Reeve.
