Summary
- Pennsylvania now offers school-level vaccination data online.
- Tool aims to counter misinformation and inform parents.
- Over 90% of schools reported vaccination data for 2025-26.

Pennsylvania is now providing school-specific vaccination data online, a first for the state. This interactive tool, developed by the health and education departments, offers parents and communities detailed insights into vaccination rates at individual schools.
Officials stated the site aims to give families a clear view of classroom protection and address misinformation. Secretary of Health Dr. Debra Bogen emphasized that accessible data empowers families to reduce risks from vaccine-preventable diseases.
The 2025-26 data, covering over 90% of schools, shows strong vaccination trends. More than half of reporting kindergarten classes have at least 95% MMR vaccination coverage, with over 200 schools reaching 100%.
Similar high rates are reported for seventh and twelfth grades, with a significant percentage of schools achieving 95% or 100% MMR vaccination coverage.
Future upgrades will include searchability by school district and the addition of 2026-27 data next year. The site also displays reported vaccination exemption rates per school.
State regulations mandate annual reporting of immunization data by December 31st. Officials plan to work with the approximately 10% of non-reporting schools to improve compliance.
