Nemluvio Shows 3-Year Skin Disease Control

Galderma announced new data on Nemluvio for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference in Las Vegas. Post-hoc analysis of the ARCADIA LTE study showed sustained skin lesion and itch responses for up to three years in adults and adolescents aged 12 and older who achieved an early response.
Majority of early responders maintained significant improvements. Up to 76% achieved clear or near-clear skin, and 80% saw at least a 90% improvement in severity by Week 152. Eighty percent also reported being nearly itch-free.
The drug demonstrated a well-tolerated safety profile with no new signals. Separate analyses from ARCADIA LTE and OLYMPIA LTE reinforced Nemluvio's sustained efficacy in improving skin, itch, sleep, and quality of life for both atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis patients.
Pediatric data from a Phase II study also support Nemluvio's effectiveness and safety in children aged 2-11 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. These findings collectively support Nemluvio's potential for durable disease control.
