This comprehensive healthcare service includes managing severe conditions like heart ailments, pneumonia, and respiratory distress. Other treated illnesses encompass asthma, anemia, gastroenteritis, paralysis, malaria, and dengue, ensuring a broad spectrum of care is accessible.
Hospital records indicate that over 15 patients have undergone free treatment in the last month. Dr. Gaurav Wagh, the hospital's in-charge, highlighted that patients with serious conditions received quality care via their Ayushman cards, urging more citizens to utilize the scheme.
One patient's family shared their relief, noting that their husband, admitted for severe respiratory distress and ICU care, would have faced insurmountable costs without the Ayushman Card. The scheme aims to provide up to Rs. 5 lakhs in annual health insurance per eligible household.
