Key areas of interest for Maharashtra include UP's state-level digital hospital monitoring system, upgraded emergency care services, and effective public-private partnership (PPP) models. The delegation also observed the HOPE Central Control Centre's CCTV-based surveillance network for district hospitals.
Maharashtra officials are evaluating the potential of implementing similar systems to enhance hospital security, real-time service delivery monitoring, and administrative oversight. Discussions also covered UP's Behaviour Change Communication programme to boost public health awareness.
Upon review, a report detailing the feasibility of these initiatives in Maharashtra will be presented to the state government. The overarching goal is to strengthen public healthcare through technological integration and improved citizen-centric services.
