Leigh Barts Returns to Woodlawn Health in Orthopedics

Leigh Barts, MSN, FNP-C, has joined the medical staff at Woodlawn Health as an orthopedic nurse practitioner. Barts brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served Woodlawn Health in a nurse leadership position. Her return follows the completion of her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Southern Indiana.

Barts will be based at the Rochester Orthopedic office, working collaboratively with Dr. Jeffrey Sheedy and Jennifer Hensley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. She conveyed her excitement about fostering patient relationships within the community she resides in. Brad Rogers, CEO of Woodlawn Health, welcomed Barts back, highlighting her prior contributions and expressing confidence in her future impact on orthopedic care for the community.
