Kat Timpf Expecting Second Child Post-Mastectomy

Kat Timpf, known for her appearances on Gutfeld!, has announced she is expecting her second child with husband Cameron Friscia. The 37-year-old comedian shared the news via a stand-up comedy clip posted to Instagram, playfully revealing her baby bump to the audience. This announcement follows a significant health journey for Timpf, who underwent a double mastectomy approximately one month after giving birth to her first son in February 2025.

Timpf was diagnosed with stage zero breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), just weeks before her initial labor. The diagnosis, which occurred when she noticed a bump on her nipple, led to an ultrasound and biopsy. Despite the shock of the diagnosis and the impending birth, Timpf made the difficult decision to have a double mastectomy in March 2025 to proactively reduce the risk of cancer recurrence. She shared the emotional toll of this choice, particularly the first six weeks of her son's life where her prognosis was uncertain.

During a recent appearance on Fox News, Timpf discussed the challenges of her current pregnancy, acknowledging the difficulty of experiencing it without her breasts. She highlighted how her sister's upcoming participation in the New York City Marathon to raise funds for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center transforms this experience. Timpf sees this fundraising effort as a way to turn a negative situation into a positive opportunity to support other women and families affected by breast cancer.
