Joe Amabile, a familiar face from 'The Bachelorette,' has announced his recovery following a significant brain surgery. The procedure was necessary after doctors identified a "blueberry-sized lesion" in his brain during a routine checkup. Amabile took to Instagram on August 7 to share that the surgery was successful, proclaiming, "They got it all!" His post included images of him in the hospital, visibly recovering with a bandaged head, but smiling. He was also pictured holding hands with his partner, Serena Pitt.

Pitt also shared her gratitude for the care provided by the medical staff at NYU Langone Health, highlighting their "endless patience, care, compassion, and kindness." She confirmed that Amabile is now home and recovering. Amabile had previously expressed shock at the diagnosis but found reassurance in the doctors' positive outlook, noting that the lesion was detected in its early stages.
