As part of the lead-up to International Day of Yoga, the Indian Army organized a significant Yoga session at Talbehat Military Station. More than 500 Army personnel, alongside their family members and children, actively participated in the event, demonstrating a broad commitment to well-being.
Brigadier Viveka Murthy, Commander of the 373 Artillery Brigade, presided over the proceedings. Participants engaged in various Yoga asanas and breathing exercises, adhering to the Common Yoga Protocol.
