Daily surveillance of heat-related illnesses and deaths will be implemented through the National Programme on Climate Change and Human Health. Data will be uploaded to an integrated health information portal, ensuring rapid interventions and accountability. Community and primary health centers are stocking ORS, essential medicines, and ensuring access to cold water and ice.
