She tragically passed away during childbirth at a government women's hospital operating under a public-private partnership. The victim's family has come forward with serious allegations of medical negligence. The District Magistrate has instructed the chief medical officer to submit a comprehensive report, vowing stern action if negligence is confirmed. The affected hospitals have been given a 15-day period to present their operational documentation before further legal proceedings commence.
