She has since invested in Nella, a company that created NellaSpec, a novel speculum designed for enhanced patient comfort.

Traditional speculums, often metallic and cold, can cause discomfort and anxiety. NellaSpec is a single-use plastic device with a unique four-prong, tulip-like opening, intended to be gentler and less intimidating. It is available directly to consumers in kits ranging from $50 to $80, offering an alternative for those apprehensive about clinical visits.
