Participants voiced significant concerns regarding the demanding working conditions of doctors, particularly resident doctors, citing extensive duty hours and continuous shifts detrimental to mental health. They underscored the necessity of supporting medical professionals to ensure quality patient care.
The dialogue also promoted the integration of nutrition, fitness, and work-life balance into daily routines. Dr. Lakshya Mittal emphasized honoring doctors by addressing their daily struggles and promoting individual health for a stronger nation.
Two crucial public awareness campaigns were launched: the Drug Free Bharat Campaign, promoting awareness against substance abuse, and 'The Gift of Life,' encouraging organ donation. Certificates were awarded to participating medical students and young doctors.
