He was reportedly depressed over substantial financial losses incurred through online trading, having expressed suicidal thoughts to his mother.
His elder brother was alerted in the early hours of Friday and alerted friends who found Vijaya deceased and Raghuvaran unconscious. Police are investigating the incident, including scrutinizing Raghuvaran's phone to determine if financial losses or online fraud were involved.
