A new hub dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families has officially opened in Bradford city centre. The Bevan Family Hub, located on Piccadilly, commenced its operations on Friday with a Well Baby weighing clinic, marking the beginning of its services.
The center boasts a range of activities designed for families, including read and rhyme sessions, baby massage classes, and an infant feeding drop-in. A unique sensory space, featuring lights and sounds, and opportunities for messy play are also available to enrich children's experiences.
This vital community resource was established through a partnership between the Bradford Children and Families Trust, Bradford Council, and Bevan, a social enterprise health service. Their combined efforts aim to provide comprehensive support to those in need within the Bradford area.
