- Four specialized programs will focus on practical learning and skills.
- Training aims to bridge gap between theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
AIIMS Deoghar has officially partnered with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) to significantly enhance skill-based training within the healthcare sector. The digital learning wing of AIIMS Deoghar, known as AIIMS Deoghar Digital Academy (ADDA), formalized this collaboration through a memorandum of agreement signed recently.
This partnership is set to introduce four specialized training programs. These courses are designed to provide healthcare professionals with hands-on experience and competency development. Key areas of focus include the early detection of cardiac diseases, interpreting ECGs, advanced nursing care for critically ill patients, specialized palliative care nursing, and comprehensive nursing for women's reproductive health.
According to AIIMS Deoghar's Executive Director, Dr. Nitin M. Gangane, this initiative is crucial for narrowing the divide between academic learning and practical application in healthcare. He emphasized that the structured, competency-based training will directly improve the practical expertise of healthcare professionals, ultimately benefiting patient care.
