She was initially taken to a paediatric A&E department with a fever and breathing difficulties but was sent home, with medics suspecting the flu. The following day, her parents rushed her back to A&E, leading to her admission to intensive care. Sadly, she passed away from pneumonia on December 31st, just two days after her first hospital visit.
